Photography Packages:

Swift Session

For those looking for a quick and intimate session, the Swift Session is a 15-minute photography session conducted exclusively in Waiuku. This session is best suited for Mummy & Me, Kids or small family photoshoots (up to 3 people only), with props and setup varying each time. The session is available only on weekdays from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Clients will receive 15 edited digital photos with a possibility to purchase the full gallery for $80.

Mini Session

The Mini Session consists of a 20-minute session conducted at an outdoor location or in the Client’s home, providing the Client with 20 (families of 4 and under) or 30 (families of 4+) professionally edited digital photos of client’s choice, a full gallery is available for purchase for extra $80. The total cost for this package is $240 for families with fewer than four people, including pets, and $320 for families with four or more members and pets. A travel fee may apply depending on the location*.

Casual Sessions

The Casual Session offers a 40 minute long session, ideal for larger families. This session can take place at an outdoor location or at the Client’s home and results in at least 30 professionally edited digital images (full gallery is provided). The cost for families with fewer than four members, including pets, is $360, whereas families with four or more members and pets will be charged $440. A travel fee may apply*.

Full Sessions

The Full Session offers a 60-80 minute long session, ideal for larger families. This session can take place at an outdoor location or at the Client’s home and results in at least 40 professionally edited digital images (full gallery is provided). The cost for families with fewer than six members, including pets, is $460, whereas families with six or more members and pets will be charged $540. A travel fee may apply*

Business Packages:

Individual Headshots Package

Individual Headshots Package start with a free pre-session consultation to ensure that the Photographer and Client are aligned on branding goals. The package includes a one-hour session at a chosen location, with a travel fee possibly applying, and the option to extend the session for an additional fee. Clients also have the opportunity to receive behind-the-scenes iPhone video footage for content creation. The package provides over 25 edited images, with pricing beginning at $360 plus GST. Clients may choose to add a second outfit for $80 or extend the session by 20 minutes for an additional $80. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Product Photography

Product Photography also begins with a free pre-session consultation. This package includes a one-hour session at the Client’s preferred location or at the ila. creative studio, where only products (without models) may be photographed. The package covers up to three different products or three colour variations of a single product and provides at least 20 edited images. Behind-the-scenes iPhone video footage is included to support content creation. Pricing starts at $240 plus GST. Clients may add extra products or colour variations for $40 each or include models for $80 per person. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and travel fees* may apply if the location is outside the studio.

*Travel Fee applies if the shoot location is outside of ila. creative’s travel radius, which is 40km outside of Waiuku, Auckland max.

Payment Terms

Full payment for all photography sessions must be made before or on the day of the shoot. Deposits secure the booking, and if not paid, the session slot may be given to another client. A $50 deposit is required for Swift, Casual, and Mini Sessions. Business sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. GST is not included in business shoot pricing and will be added separately.

Cancellation&Rescheduling

In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by ila. creative. If a Client wishes to reschedule, a notice period of at least 48 hours is required. If rescheduling is requested by a Client within the 48 hours time frame prior to the shoot, a rescheduling fee of $40 applies. If rescheduling is due to weather conditions, the Photographer will reach out to make alternative arrangements.

Editing&Delivery

The editing process includes minor blemish removal but does not involve major retouching. Clients can expect to receive their digital photos within seven to ten business days. Photos will be provided in digital format only, with no physical prints included.

Copyright&Usage Rights

The Photographer retains full copyright to all images. Clients are granted the right to use the photos for personal purposes only. Marketing use of the images is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from ila. creative. On the day of gallery delivery, Clients will be provided with a consent form to indicate whether their images may be shared online.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If a Client is late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. No additional time will be provided unless an overtime extension has been arranged and paid for in advance.

Liability

The Photographer is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during the session. In cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent the Photographer from attending, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be arranged.

Changes to Terms&Conditions

ila. creative reserves the right to update, modify, or add to these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions before booking a session to ensure they are aware of any updates.
